Fuck The World [FTW] Introduction
"Fuck The World" is a mixed raced hip-hop group based in the Langifled-York street crossing located in East Brickton. The group primarily consists of younger teenagers, (14-17) to a few young adults (18-22.) This rap-group is known for producing music comprable to the hip-hop sub-genre of "New York Drill," with a more pessimestic and hateful tone to anybody uninvolved with their clique, hence the name "Fuck The World." Isaac Gates, aged 22, formed the group after believing he and his friends could make a career out of their musical creativity, however the rough neighborhood in which he takes residence in has turned his musical career into more of a public front to the illegal operations he and his clique engage in.
At age 19, Gates recieved his first drug charge on basic possesion. After his release, he would go on to make his biggest track to date, "12 in Langfield." As of now, over 232,000 streams have been allocated to that singular track, and this was the major turning point in the career of Isaac Gates. However, instead of continuing to convert on his newfound success, Gates would instead use his name for other purposes. Not only did he develop a severe addiction to Bloxr, but he would turn his addiction into his primary source of income in the drug trade. Not soon after, Gates's peers began to follow behind as the once plain rap group had turned into a rapidly growing street gang.
The Death of Carlos DeJesus
A couple of years later, a childhood friend of Isaac was shot and killed in the front of his own home after being mistaken with another, similar looking resident who was being hunted for months after allegedly having sex with the shooters girlfriend. In the perspective of all of the "Fuck The World" affililates, this was a purposful and deliberate attack on them. Due to the close relationships formed with one-another over time, it became clear very soon this death would not be let go. Members of the rap-group began acting irrational, and their illegal activity grew exponentially. Music releases became increasingly violent as the members of the clique became more integrated with the world of crime surrounding them on Langfield Street. And eventually, just a few months after Carlos's death, Isaac Gates along with a few other peers got into with an altercation with another man over a game of dice. The situation escalated into a brawl in which the gang beat the man to death. The members fled, and released a track bragging about the man's death just 3 weeks after the affair.
Present Day
Currently, the hip-hop group / street gang still resides on Langfield Street, more noteably in the Langfield Apartment Complex just down the road of the CYO Recording Studio. Affiliates tend to be spotted shooting dice on the street corner, talking with barbers in the local barber-shop, or working on tracks in the recording studio. Behind the scenes, integrated members sell drug paraphanilla in both small and large quantities, engage in bank fraud ("swiping,") prostitution, tagging, gun-trafficking, along with a plethora of other illegal acitivties. "Fuck The World" still produces music, however the alluring nature of quick money is slowly pulling this group from the studio to the streets.
