In East Brickton, on Military Rd and Broadway Ave, you'll find the South Vice Lords. They gang was founded in the late 1950s in chicago IL when the neighborhood was in chaos, with lots of problems like poverty and fights. That's when Edwin "Pepalo" Perry, A African American male who had recently got out of incarceration though about bringing all of his fellow jail friends together to create the South Vice Lords
During the early 2000's is when the South Vice Lords immigrated into east brickton. Current day they reside on Military Rd and Broadway Ave, the South Vice Lords claimed their turf when the neighborhood was falling apart in the early 2000's. This was way back when there was a lot of poverty, no one cared about the place and everyone was always on edge. The clique was made as a form of protection for the residents of the neighborhood. Now the gang is all about territory, money and murder
