Shaffer's Montenegrin Greens:
Members of the notorious Montenegrin Mafia "Kavači" comprise the Montenegrin Greens of Shaffer, an organised crime group. Following the botched 2014 cocaine trade in Spain involving "Škaljari," another member of the Montenegrin Mafia, two of the criminal organisations declared a worldwide war on each other as well as within Montenegro. Martin Bogdanovic, better known as "MarMar" is one of this gang's leaders. Along with his brother Bogdan Bogdanovic, Martin migrated to East Brickton when he was a young boy in order to work for his uncle Malcom Bogdanovic, a former "Kavači" member. Martin eventually became part in his uncle's criminal organization's operations as he grew older. Given that the majority of Shaffer's residents were Montenegrin and Bosnian people they formed a criminal organisation named "Montenegrian Greens of Shaffer".
Backstory:
Many disputes between Montenegrins and Serbs in Montenegro started after the country's goverment change in 2020 . Beacuse of that mother of the Bogdanovic brothers decided to send them to America with their uncle since they were already mature enough. After some time, it became evident that their uncle had ties to one of the major criminal organisations in Europe, even if the two boys were at first unaware of this. Martin first interacted with the Mafia when he was fifteen years old, starting with small-time crimes including burglaries, the sale of tiny quantities of drugs, and the sale of unregistered firearms. However his brother didn't want to interact with criminal mafias so he took care of The Pawnshop with his uncle.

A gang is a group of people who get united by the intention of achieving a particular goal. mostly for financial gain, but also for power, respect, or the many advantages associated with belonging to a gang. The gangs in Montenegro are not so much "Dog Eat Dog" as they are more like brotherhoods. Most Montenegrin gangs tend to specialize in smuggling drugs, arms trafficking, and hits. East-Brickton found itself with Montenegrin settlers after the situation in Montenegro was too chaotic to merely have hope in. Because Shaffer offered affordable housing and properties, settlers moved there.
Montenegrin Greens:
The Greens (Zelenaši) were a group of loyalists of King Nikola of Montenegro. They originated from the members of the True People's Party and were most notable for instigating the Christmas Uprising of 1919. The rebellion was staged in an attempt to prevent the dethroning of the Petrović-Njegoš dynasty and the subsequent integration of Montenegro into the Kingdom of Yugoslavia(Serbia). The Greens fought to establish Montenegro as a province within the Yugoslav kingdom as they backed the House of Petrović-Njegoš, which ultimately fell following World War I. The Greens persisted in their guerilla fight until 1929 after losing the Christmas Rebellion. The motto of the movement was "For the Right, Honour and Freedom of Montenegro”.
