74 Hoover
The 74 Hoover Criminals Gang(74HCG), also known as Seven-Fo, are rooted on the West Side of South Central Los Santos, San Andreas. The Bay-Bayz are one of the active sub-sets of the larger Hoover Criminals Gang. Formerly known as 74 Hoover Crips, they renounced their moniker in the 1990s, favoring Criminals over Crips. This was mainly due to the range of enemies they garnered around their territory, raging war with multiple street gangs, including the Crips.

The Original Hoover presence can be traced back to the late 1960s, a collection of guys from the neighborhood that socialized on 92nd & Hoover Avenue. During this time, the Crips were in their infancy stage.
Throughout that time, the Westside Crips started to form in the St. Andrews Park area, engaging with the Hoover Groovers inScreenshot_1.png functions mostly. It was rumored a member of the Westside Crips killed the younger brother of a founding member from the Hoovers. After a meeting being held by both gangs, a understanding of who did it & alliance was formed. It was shortly handled afterwards, as the leader of the opposite gang got violently beaten in a LS nightclub. As the Crip philosophy raided Los Santos, the Hoovers eventually identified with the Crip banner, renouncing their name around 1973. Several Hoover sets started to sprout from 43rd Street in South Los Santos to 112th Street.
By the late 1970s, when the feud between the Eight Tray Gangster Crips and Rollins 60s Neighborhood Crips ignited, led to gangs pledging alliance to either Deuces(2x) or Trays(3x).The Hoover Crips alliance with the Gangster Crip brand, dubbing "Hoover Gangster Crips". On August 1979, a founding member of the Baby Avenues(Baby Crib/Crips) was gunned down in a drive-by shooting. Rumors of the onslaught spread throughout the streets of Los Angeles. The East Side Crips held blame on the Hoover Crips over the murder, which sparked a feud & hatred between both sides.
By the 1980s, the Hoover Gangster Crips became one of the most notorious streets gangs that were involved in the drug world. The main key players being the 52 & 74 Hoover Gangster Crips, held multiple drug houses across South Central Los Santos they operated. Around this time, Federals & Local authorities believed the sets generated up to $1 million dollars a month in cash. As they began to heighten in the drug game, their brutal reputation for gun violence made them one of the first suspects to be blamed when it came to gang-related shootings. By late 1980s, the Hoover Criminals began engaging in bitter rivalries with several Crip gangs.
As the 1990s approached, the Hoovers decided to renounce from Crips, favoring Criminals (Excluding 52 Hoover) due to the mass disagreement and rivalry with most Crip gangs. It's common to see "BK" (Blood Killer), "CK" (Crip Killer), and "OK" (Rollin 0's Killer), tagged on the walls within their territory. As they grew to the most hated gang in Los Santos, they also started claiming "ABK" (Anybody Killer) or "EBK" (Everybody Killer). Their hood is one of the grimiest, having enemies on the Westside and Eastside, ranging from Blood, Crip, and Mexican gangs.
