HK aka Homicide Kings is a Cartel that was formed in 1989 by Family and Friends. The cartel was created because of many Mexicans that wanted to become successful, rich and fearless. They also wanted protection on the streets to keep there Familia safe. The Cartel are Mexicans and half blacks of all ages, trying to make money to help their family in bad situations such as paying rent or a ransom.The cartel does not have many people in it but were still improving, the cartel works with smuggling things from other countries into East Brickton. They are very quiet and do not like to draw attention. If someone tries to destroy business for the Cartel they are not scared to use violence. The Cartel is a huge part of the Bloxrr and Blower business in East Brickton. They get their things by their boats/planes and even delivery drivers .
It was nick named “JayBlock” after Pablo DeJesus’s best friend died. Pablo thought they needed to name the Cartel after Jaylen Carmelo who died. They grew up Around Doge LN,Ganson ST.With the goal of overcoming racial discrimination. Because of the large black population robbing and beating Hispanics and white police officers harassing young Latinos the group of friends felt like they had to clique up and protect the community from the constant violence.
The newly formed organization would recruit everyone they knew, they were little but they were still improving and rolled around in groups making sure no one messed with Them. The cartel started growing by the day so they started thinking of what to call themselves, they eventually came up with the name "HK (Homicide Kings)". They called themselves this to remind their members that they are inferior to no one and are kings/queens in their own right even though they face constant oppression.

Eventually the Cartel got more violent and started torturing and murdering there enemies without hesitation and members showed loyalty to the boss so they sold drugs to make big cash for the boss and themself. having grown up in poverty their whole life and with no legal opportunities in East Brickton to make good money. The Cartel was now dealing in drug distribution, homicide, and kidnapping. They began allying themselves with other Gangs or organizations That would help them. They started to buy and make Drugs to make big money. The Cartel quickly became one of the most Fearless Cartel in East Brickton known for their Fearless, and braveness. With the increasing
> **Present day**
Today HK is a Cartel that lived around Doge LN, Ganson ST where the founding members are from. The gang primarily operates in East Brickton and nearby cities. Having made connections with there plugs and there own members the Cartel imports drugs from Mexico and other states and distributes it to the city of East Brickton or smuggles the drugs across the border into Canada. Recently Cartel has been working harder then ever. The Cartel will always maintain good relationships with Hispanic gangs and maybe even mafia’s or other gangs, even going out their way to help civilians. But this has not stopped The Cartel in fact they are stronger than ever. The Cartel is always looking for young mexicans or even older mexicans to fill in the ranks.

The Cartel loves to put effort into the Drugs, they make the criminal activities in the city much more by selling these products, The Cartel also puts a lot of effort to have their status low, this is because they don't want people to know what they do, especially not the government. If you see a member you would not know they are from the cartel unless you know them or if they are in a group, because the cartel always works in groups.

The Cartel is not like any other gang, you barley rep it but never talk about the cartel to avoid EBPD/government, we do this to avoid police and other people, we can be a real illegal Cartel, you do this so other people can enjoy roleplaying and have fun scenarios, do not rob random people, don't shoot at people because you don't like them or because they are in a gang, and act as you would be in a Cartel in real life.
