OVERVIEW
DC Enterprise is a citywide corporation made by D’wayne Carter that offers people a variety of different professions. We have 5 departments with jobs within them that you can apply for:
DC Records 💿
DC Vogue 🌹
DC Entertainment 🎥
DC Security Services 🛡️
DC Threads N’ Apparel 👕
Unlike the usual city jobs, employees at DC get paid for their service, which means their rate depends on the benefit they bring to the company.
EVENTS
We often host citywide events, which are usually held within three properties:
VENU Nightclub
Theatre Parking Lot (Rooftop)
Theatre (Inside)
These events are always protected by our actively trained security down at DC Security
Services.
We may also have collab events with other factions such as our past Lazer Tag event with BMF.
Shown below are our past events.
”TERRITORY” (LEGALLY OWNED PROPERTIES)
As we have 5 different departments, we obviously have a few owned properties within the city, which include:
Recording Studio
Parking Lot (We own the top level)
We use each of these respectively for our departments.
D’WAYNE CARTER: ORIGINS
“Who is D’wayne Carter? Who is Ghøst?”
D’wayne Michael Carter, Chairman and Founder of DC Enterprise, 25, was always a very intelligent hustler from a young age. He always knew how to get what he desired, whether it be money, luxury, *opportunity*, he got it all. Growing up in The Heights, D’wayne was born into a strongly business oriented family. The adults he was raised around always wore the cleanest suits anywhere they’d go, and always spoke in a professional manner; which separated them from the hoodlums of The Heights at the time.
In 2008, the Carter family would experience their lowest point of bankruptcy, to the point where Child Services separated D’wayne from his family due to poor living conditions. Fortunately for him, he was an extremely adaptive child, and would go on to teach himself everything he had to know about entrepreneurship, and how to get his way.
His dream was to build an empire.
Fast forward 10 years. D’wayne drops out of college and moves out of Manhattan to Buffalo, where he’d start his new life and gain his uprising in East Brickton.
Before the construction of DC, D’wayne Carter had gotten involved with violent crime organizations such as KOL, Organization Los Cabbaleros and BMF. In his time with these gangs, he sharpened not only his combat skill but his reputation. Unfortunately, this lead to him having to tie up those loose ends. After a long year of gang violence, drug abuse, and bankruptcy, Ghøst decided to make a change. After tying those loose ends, his new alias became “Mr. Carter”. When all was said and done, he had paved the way to start constructing his empire, DC Enterprise.
DC ENTERPRISE: ORIGINS
Our Start - DC Records 💿
In the beginning, DC had a slow uprising. In December of 2022, D'wayne would start hiring people for small jobs such as camerawork, graphic design, and general advertisement.
Throughout his recruitment he'd hire cofounder and current Associate Vice President, Brandon Thompson. Mr. Thompson was the architect of the original headquarters and welcoming grounds for upcoming DC employees. In February of 2023, DC Records 💿 would receive their first hit song, "Shitty Talk" by legacy artist Qua Qua. With his song making waves throughout East Brickton, more and more people began talking about the big record label and its signing of local artists. Soon, more big name artists were signed such as Atsu, ODot Bando and Current Vice President Allen "Cephas" Cook.

Boxing 🥊
During the weeks after the success of DC Records, DC would also introduce a boxing organization, DC Boxing 🥊. Like the record label, this was something brand new and never introduced to EB before. Here, local talent handpicked off the streets were trained, matched, and put into a test of skill against opponents in Boxing. At first, they started off as small street tournaments, where people would gather in front of the Employment Center at the cage and line up to participate in DC's underground fight club for money. As the public eye shifted more on DC, so did the eye of the law, after DC would take this big risk...
The Controversial Partnership With BMF 🤵🏿♂️
As boxing demand grew, so did demand on DC's funds. It was getting hard to pay these fighters, and even harder to manage and consistently schedule events for them. Eventually, DC Boxing was shut down. However, a few months later a fast-growing crime organization by the name of "The Black Mafia Family” and their leader, Fredo Knight, would offer DC a partnership deal. After months, boxing was revived and rebranded into "EBB (East Brickton Boxing)", and this time, it was much more well handled, featuring referees, weight divisions, and professional records.
However, with the East Brickton Police Department striking down on BMF with RICO charges, the partnership was forced to a halt, as all eyes were now on DC...
That's The Sound Of The Police... 🚨
While DC's allegiance with BMF was well known, it wasn't fully advertised as such, which made it hard for the EBPD to crack down on the business. Regardless, their efforts would become more and more vigilant, closely spying on Dwayne for the smallest of crimes, until they'd finally hit their mark after seeing Mr. Carter in a group image with BMF. Along with that, inside information from a former associate of Dwayne would prove to be more than enough to score him a warrant, and soon enough, D'wayne Carter had a target on his head stained in red and blue. He was on the run for a few weeks until he met Jimmy McMillian, a high profile lawyer. With his assistance, Mr. Carter beat the case, securing the future of himself and DC Enterprise once again.
The Aftermath… 🔚
After the dust settled, DC found itself in somewhat of a dry period, barely releasing any music and having gotten rid of boxing yet again. Mr. Carter and Vice President Allen Cook were once again caught up in a few charges, those of which they would beat but to what avail? Realizing the end was near, D'wayne decided to end things on his own terms. On August 19th, 2023, DC Enterprise was officially shutdown.Or Was It? 🔜
After almost 2 months, Dwayne returned to the city of East Brickton with an agenda: Rebuild DC, better than ever. That is why, with the revamping of DC Headquarters, a brand new logo, and all-new jobs (including officially bought property of the VENU Nightclub), on September 29th, Dwayne Carter introduced…
