Shaffer Village Gang war ensues Luis Flores, September 10th, 2042
Around 12:00 PM, September 7th, 2042, shot spotters in Shaffer village were blaring alarms as around 1,000 7.62 rounds were fired in the area. Once police arrived, they found twenty one year old Enrique Juarez, fifteen year old Daniel Lorenzo, and fourteen year old Joseph Ortiz shot hundreds of times. Enrique Juarez was also known as "Flaco" a younger recruit of Nuestra Familia, with Daniel and Joseph identified as Nortenos. They were all known as Los Muertos 14. All members were killed brutally by either 6ix side, or Barrio 37. There hasn't been such brutal violence in the area since the war between SVX4 and Cardenas 13. This has been linked to the shooting which left three dead by the Mini 4 motels. David Torres, Fernando Guadalupe, and Jeffery were found dead outside of the laundromat. Shot dozens of times, the two's bodies were drained of blood on the scene. This war has seen a downfall in the Nortenos, with the 6ix side members saying online "5-1" as in a sort of score for those who've deceased.
Norteno cliques have spread across the city after the dissolution of SVX4, a Shaffer Village based Norteno street gang. Within New Bloxton penitentiary and other prisons in New Bloxton, Nuestra Familia murders have become an extremely common occurrence, but very small compared to the ones on in the southwest. One of these earlier mentioned smaller cliques however, has been directly tied to prison gang murderers. Groove Street Locstedos is a group of young adults tied to numerous Nuestra familia members. Nuestra Familia is a prison gang that is known for its massive amounts of killings within the California prison system.
It's March ninth, 2038. A man by the name of Jonathan Aguilar enters We pump gas station around 12:55PM, an alleged David Perez follows him inside. While Aguilar is at the register, fifteen year old Perez pulls out a switchblade and stabs Aguilar over ten times. This is what was wrote down in the official documents of the David Perez case, where a fifteen year old boy was wrongly accused of a murder and sent to jail for two years before the case was appealed. David Perez left incarceration with numerous gang tattoos on his body after being inspected. Jonathan Aguilar's bwitter account was traced back to find out about numerous run ins with the Nortenos. He had messages of threats and warnings being repeatedly called a "dropout" signifying he's lost his membership within the Nortenos. David Perez is a direct affiliate of the Locstedos.
December 19th, 2028 Jorge Alvarez was sent to prison in Stockton California after a murder at just 18 years old. In this prison he was initiated into Nuestra Familia. He was released in 2041 after an appeal was made. Alvarez has been associated with David Perez and other known Norteno gang affiliates. They're known to be around the Groove area. The Groove area for years was ran by 52 hoover gang, known for their infamous wars with CYO. After a while 52 died out leaving a new spot for a gang to pop up. This new gang would be Locstedos after a power struggle in the west when the leadership of SVX4 was killed. In the modern time, the Locstedos are the new Norteno power within the city.
