5 Gang Members Charged on Separate Occasions Linked to a Hoard of Crimes
Five gang members, recently charged on a spree of crimes, with one having bail paid.

• Five suspected gang members of the East Brickton's street gang, known as LKO (Leroy Kills Opps), are facing a recital of charges -- a total of 28 counts.
• Majority of the quintet have charges ranging from Grand Theft Auto to Conspiracy to Murder to Possession of Drugs to Possession of Illegal Weapons and other crimes that've been connected to shootings that resulted in 12 victims, ensuing in 1 death, with the rest concluding severe injuries to the victims.
• The District Attorney said the arrests are a result of a long-term investigation by the District Attorney's Violent Criminal Enterprises Bureau and the NYPD's East Brickton Violent Crimes Squad into the violence allegedly committed by said members and associates of the violent street gang.
Five suspected gang members belonging to the East Brickton's street gang LKO otherwise known as Leroy K***'s Opps, are facing a recital of charges -- a total of 28 counts -- after being apprehended on various occasions months apart with conspiracy to commit murder, possession of drugs, and weapons, as well as murder. And other crimes that vary within connection to shootings that resulted in 12 victims, ensuing in 1 death, with the rest concluding severe injuries to the victims.
East Brickton District Attorney Joshua Hartmann states that throughout August and September the arrests that concluded case connections in a series of shootings, consisting of a shooting at the back of BT & T on Leroy Street, a shooting at a local Deli on Broadway Avenue, and a shooting at a house party on Linden Drive.
In the BT & T incident -- which took place in the middle of the night -- closed circuit television cameras capture people scurrying for their lives as 23-year-old Marcus Johnson brutally murders 19-year-old Malcolm Ragland, as he tries to escape from the gunfire running in between a tight gapped gate, Johnson takes advantage of his misfortune and murders him. B.P.P ARREST
On March 8, 2039, police picked up John Jackson a/K/a Boom Capone, 19, as well as Brandon Lopez a/K/a Pacc Riipk, 18, continuing with Paul Howard a/K/a Pdot Capone, 16. Without any hesitation he approached the vehicle, while calling for back-up, and attempted to figure out the intentions of thee masked individuals sitting inside of the parked car, as he was given flimsy excuses as to why they were there, once back-up arrived they began a thorough inspection on the trio, and the vehicle. ]
Officers found two loaded Ruger SR-40's in the possession of John Jackson and Paul Howard, with a loaded Smith & Wesson M&P 2.0 in the possession of Brandon Lopez, who was violating his probation orders. Howard was also found with more than just a firearm when searched he was found with a pocket of sixteen bagged Percocet's in his left hoodie pocket. They were seized of everything, and charged on that same night.
MARCUS JOHNSON
6 months later, on September 5, 2039, an individual turned himself in Marcus Johnson, 23, alias Chase Riipk. He admitted to the murder of 19-year old Malcolm Ragland who his associates failed to take out when they were out searching for him, before getting picked up by EBPD officers. Sgt. Kylie Voziak says, Johnson didn't speak much on the situation, but he did give some clear error and trial on what happened. Johnson was committing reconnaissance for his associates failed trooping. He spotted Ragland outside of the BT & T, smoking, he didn't hesitate, he reached for his .38 Special Revolver and began blasting in the direction of Ragland.
Marcus Johnson, 23, killed Ragland, 19, as when he was trying to escape from the active shooter, he encountered an enclosed gate where he tried to squeeze through and get away from Johnson. The shooter took advantage of the situation and continued blasting at Ragland making him collapse before he could even make it to the other side of the gate.
Chase Riipk turned himself in on September 5, 2039. For the murder of Malcolm Ragland.
NATHAN VERA
Exactly one month and twenty-eight days later, Nathan Vera, 23, going by Crash Capone, was picked up by Ofc. Caine Godfrey, on November 2, 2039, retaining a report in the Linden neighborhood of a male breaking into a vehicle, and attempting to drive off. When Ofc. Godfrey arrived on the scene he spotted the assailant, stopping him mid-way Vera had no intentions of resisting, he quickly gave in and was detained on the spot.
Same fate as his associates Vera was operating under a court ordered GPS ankle monitor for a home invasion he committed years back. Officers pinged his location noticing he was moving in and out of vicinity of his set location for probation.
Upon searching the detained suspect Ofc. Caine Godfrey found a Glock 32 with an obliterated serial number and three Percocet's on Vera's person. He was clearly up too no good, as he was charged and later sentenced, serving time with the other four affiliates.
