The 1300 Ratchet Boyz are a prominently African American set located in the Eastern District of EB. These criminals hang around Military Road, home to many Crips, Brims, Mexicans, Asians and much more. We've seen it all in East Brickton. As of now, these Individuals are the ones running York, they are the ones worsening things for citizens in the area. Their wealth is directionally proportional to the crime rate in the area; over 30% of EB Citizens coming over to York Street from other neighborhoods get mugged, violently approached, or are given a hard time. This gang actively represents all the crime coming from the Eastside in one.

The 1300 Ratchet Boyz primarily operate along Military Road, but their territory extends as far as Shaffer Village. They are skeptical of everyone who hangs around in their hood and have been known to use violence to make unwanted people leave. A number of local businesses operate in their neighborhood, and many of their younger members work there as well. They strive to make their neighborhood as safe as possible for all residents.
1300 is known for scamming through the internet such as, bible methods, CC's, Card Cloning, and anything involving money fraud.
Following this, the gang is revolved around money and "trapping" as seen in their selfless ways; they invest more money into selling drugs than what they invest into themselves, hence the same old clothes as they're addicted to this now, they just use the money they make to attempt to make more money. Of course this comes with many bad factors, such as other gangs robbing them and leaving The Ratchet Boyz at a previous stage, or even at a loss. Ratchet Boyz are tactical in the way they operate, finding a perfect balance with greed and need and avoid larger, more dominant hoods like G-Homes. However, are not scared to make bold decisions depending on the circumstance.
Overall, The Ratchet Boyz have a short yet engrossing history. This gang was roughly formed by teenagers across the city looking to make the quick buck, act tuff, or protect their own. Members of The Ratchet Boyz revolve in a family like structure, with their being prominent "Big Homies", and the runners. Military Road, flooded with gangs and violence within communities, caused the group of reckless and young teenagers to embrace the gang mentality, taking heavy influence of the 1300 movement.
