Shaffer Projects
Early 2010 the Shaffer Homes Projects were created and many low income families were pushed over to Shaffer. The Shaffer Homes Projects were a peaceful homing facility for many low income families that could not afford the houses in other areas of East Brickton. Shaffer Homes was home to many hard working citizens and even funded by many of the entrepreneurs from downtown East Brickton. Although Shaffer Homes was such a good place on the outside, you won't know whats going on inside the apartments until you experience it. In the middle of 2020 Shaffer started to become a playground for gang violence, narcotics dealing, and murders due to the high rate of newly formed ruthless crews of Bloods. Shaffer Homes started to gain the nickname MurdaVille due to them averaging more than 20% of the crimerate in East Brickton, Buffalo every year. Around late 2020 many other races such as Latinos, Asians, Caucasions, and Cambodians started to move over to the Shaffer Projects (A predominately black area), making it more diverse and home to many more street gangs. A new gang started to take Shaffer by storm that go by the name of Shaffer Niggas Only/Bamaz until it was unfortunately wiped off the face of the earth. Earlier this year, teenager Tayvion Cole was murdered in a house party in the Shaffer Homes Projects due to gang violence. Shaffer Homes Projects till this day is still one of the most dangerous areas in East Brickton.
Present Day: Shaffer Kriminalz
Although Tyrell Montgomery was given life in prison for many counts with the RICO charge, his offspring was still jumping off the porch. Jakeem Montgomery was talking to his friends about making money, and how he was going to have to join a faction until he had a good idea about bringing something back from the old days. Jakeem Montgomery started a clique with the same name as his fathers old faction back in 2030 called Shaffer Kriminalz. Jakeem has a leader mentality and was built for this street stuff so he already had operations planned and who he was going to do it with. Jakeem started to represent the 59 Primetime flag, following in the footsteps of his father. Jakeem brought his 3 close friends with him Isiah Juarez, Elijah Hughes, and Jonathan Juarez forming the faction/clique. Shaffer Kriminalz started to get a little bit of respect in the Shaffer community after many videos were recorded of the teenagers stealing vehicles, jumping people, and even holding people at knife point and robbing them. Shaffer Kriminalz members are usually seen to sport red, claim Hatz ( 🎩 ), and have H59D in their bios on the social media apps.
Territorial Grounds
As said in the name, Shaffer Kriminalz still claim the Shaffer Homes Projects. Most of the members stay in the First Apartment Complex of Shaffer and are seen posted up there. Shaffer Kriminalz have established this territory due to the old gen Shaffer Kriminalz claiming this exact block and wanting to keep tradition.
Operations
Shaffer Kriminalz are known to be Money-Orentiated, so most of they're operations consist of Narcotics dealing - Ran by Jakeem Montgomery & Elijah Hughes, Fraud - Ran by Isiah Juarez & Jonathan Juarez, and other activities such as Grand Theft Auto and Assault are usually done by all of the members, being that the Shaffer Kriminalz are known for this kind of stuff.
