Origin
MPR is a umbrella set for multiple youth gangs spread out through the western district of east brickton
predominantly of African/Caribbean immigrant backgrounds(although specific ethnic origins are not required)
started in Shaffer Housing Projects by the Ville set of the gang founded by Quan "Q5" Fields and Collin "C Dott" Carter With the Young Zoe Niggas set founded by Christian "Chris" Brown
the main focus of the gang being to make their way up the East Brickton illicit drug trade and make a living for themselves on a level that other wise never would have been available to them while also defending themselves from different youth gangs from different neighborhoods
When the set began gaining traction for drug dealing/other illegal activity and were looking for more gangs to bring into MPR Brandon "Brando" Carter who lived on Groove Street decided to form Groove Street Syx and join MPR with the new formed alliances helping them find power in numbers
Operation
MPR operates throughout the Lower and Upper Westside of East Brickton With their drug trafficking deals, They have built a respectable reputation and is becoming one of the most popular dealers, They make 20k alone a year in just drug trafficking. They are also known for fraudulent activities such as scamming, credit card swipes, scamming tec's etc.

1800's set's Territories are divided into 2 places, Shaffer Housing Projects which is Home to The Ville and YZN. And Groove Street which the Groove Street $yx set stay's at, They frequently can be found walking around the shipping port. The boxing gym, and the We Pump Gas.
