Origins
091 Capo City is the second installment into the 091 legacy, its former alias being 091 MisfitTown/T Block. MisfitTown had a downfall after its founding members were indicted on a rico charge after the murder of Rico "Sprint" Waters. Rumors are, Sprint attempted to leave the organization and went to Capo about the matter. He was found deceased a week later in the waters near the South Harbor.
The official downfall of MisfitTown came after the death of the primary founding father, Damien "Capo" Cooper. Who was found face down in his Shaffer Village apartment with several GSWs in his temple. Rumors on the street is that Capo was backdoored by a member named D'andre Briggs, reasons unknown.
CapoCity Formation/History
Surviving members of the MisfitTown rico moved out of the Shaffer Village Units into the Goodyear area. They adopted the name "Capo City" after the fallen kingpin of MisfitTown, Damien "Capo" Cooper. After setting up shop in Goodyear, the street gang began moving product out of the neighborhood. They recruited local teens to aid distribution in the new territory. Not long after though, the founding members would soon end up dead or incarcerated leaving the younger members to fend for themselves and attempt to establish the structure that was once held.
The set is split into 4 cliques, being "Murda Boyz","ATW" ,"Y&R","Ootaville","2XM".

Territory
Originating from the Shaffer Village Units, they are currently based in the Goodyear area. Running operations out of the houses in the neighborhood.
Operations
091 CapoCity's members are involved in the drug trade present upon the streets of East Brickton. Members are also known for white collar crimes, burglaries, armed robberies, etc. Although since the founding members are MIA, the street gang still struggles to keep its hat in the ring when it comes to the sale of narcotics.
