La Familia Garcia
El Viejo Familia
La Familia Garcia is a criminal organization in East Brickton whose history goes back to the mid 2010s. Carlos "Patron" Garcia left La Familia Cardozo in New Bloxton to start his own after said organization began to fracture. In 2018 Carlos "Patron" Garcia arrived to East Brickton and moved into the Broadway Apartments ( El Barrio) . From that apartment building he would change the drug market in Brickton forever.
In the two coming years, Carlos "Patron" Garcia alongside Eric Garcia, Dominic Ortiz and Marco Diaz would take over the drug market in Brickton. They had a dozen labs, dozens of sicarios and police on their payroll. Eventually, the other organized families in the city attempted to strike him together. Those being The Colombo Family, Dostoyevsky Mafia and the Hernandez Cartel. La Familia Garcia was able to defend El Barrio and keep their grip on the drug market as crime families around them came and went. The cartel pulled in over $1,000,000 a month in profit.
Although the Familia were pulling in millions a year and had police on their payroll, they weren't safe. Carlos "Patron" Garcia throughout his time as Patron had police tailing him and his top men. Eventually a shootout between Carlos "Patron" Garcia, his sicarios and the EBPD occured on June 28 2020. Carlos "Patron" Garcia was shot 13 times and pronounced dead on the scene.
Shortly after, the family fractured as the EBPD issued warrants on multiple high ranking members such as Dominic Ortiz and Marco Diaz. Eric Garcia had left the city earlier.

El regreso
A decade later, seeing the drug drought in Brickton, Dominic "Patron" Ortiz, Marco "Asesor" Diaz and Eric "Jefe" Garcia would return to the city as they were all in need of money. They'd move back into El Barrio in January 2031, home to many of south American and Mexican descent. Isaac Hernandez, a teniente would begin to recruit young men in El Barrio, who were in need of money and protection. They couldn't get straight to business though. During their hiatus, many gangs had popped up in and around El Barrio. They knew that taking over Broadway again wouldn't be easy, especially with having to start fresh. There were many altercations between the family and other groups in the area, some violent some not.

Territorio
The Broadway Towers, referred to as El Barrio, is the crown jewel of the operation. It's where Carlos lived and where the new and old members live. Over 70% of its residents are Latino, 20% African American and 10% other. El Barrio is a very impoverished area with the average resident making $15,080 a year. It's known for its high crime rate although in recent years it has calmed down a bit as violence has moved towards the suburbs. Multiple apartments have been turned into hideouts or labs.
Operaciones
La Familia Garcia has moved on from simply drug dealing, although its still a big racket. Nowadays the Familia indulges themselves in multiple rackets in order to make as much money as possible.
Kidnapping
The Familia is responsible for the majority of the kidnapping in East Brickton. There is a whole underworld market for human trafficking in the city and a high demand for organs as well as sex slaves. Many street gangs also pay the Familia to kidnap their opposition.
Guns & Drugs
The production and sale of drugs has always been a big racket in the Familia. Labs all around East Brickton work 24/7 to produce the highest quality of Bloxr and Bubble Blowers. The drugs are then sold around El Barrio by halcones, who are associates of La Familia. Guns are also bought from cheap sellers and then sold in the streets. These guns range from Ruger's to Tec's to AK74u's.
Bedford Fight Club
The Bedford Fight club is heavily debated by law enforcement on whether its legal or not. It is ran by Isaac "El Verdugo" Hernandez. Fighters go against eachother for money and spectators can also bet on who will win. It is highly profitable.
The Playboy Club
The Playboy Club is a strip club ran by Marco "Asesor" Diaz. It's usually hosted at the Venu Nightclub where hard working 9-5 men spend their money to entertain themselves. It's said that most of the Familias illegal money is laundered through it.
Hijos de Garcia
Hijos de Garcia or Sons of Garcia, is the Sicario wing of La Familia Garcia. It is led by Eric "Jefe" Garcia. The sicarios mainly carry out assassinations on enemies and defend El Barrio from enemies. The crew is made up of the top soldiers of the Familia.
