FOUNDING:
The double OO Rollin 90 Crips were officially created by Roshawn Kingston and Jay McCain on March 19th, 2021. The underground duo began recruiting troubled youth. The group currently operates around the Genesee area, specifically out of the Grape Block. They're currently recruiting to build their faction up in numbers. The Rollin 90s Neighborhood Crips formed independently from the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips but later allied with a 1983 party, where some members of the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips noted that the names of both gangs decided to unite and this alliance has since spread to other gangs, including the Rollin 40s Neighborhood Crips. By the mid-1990s, The Rollin 90s Neighborhood Crips had expanded to Nashville, Tennessee. Jamal Shakir founded this Nashville set.

"He grew up with his grandmother, Caroline McCain, and later moved to East Brickton. Migrating to East Brickton from South Los Angeles with his guardian Roshawn presented a challenging move." He knew nobody from there, he also didn’t know the lingo, the area, or what gangs possibly roamed there Looking for expansion and seeking new territory for the operations of the Rollin 90s. Despite not officially being given the green light to create a subset of the crips in East Brickton, he created his block of the crips called Double OO crips. He pulled a move similar to Omar Portee, otherwise known as OG Mack by creating his own subset of his LA-based gang in East-Brickton. Founded by notorious crip leaders RoShawn Kingston and Jay Mccain is a highly organized and disciplined street gang founded in the streets of East Brickton. An active cultural street gang located in the Shafter/Military area. Double OO Rollin 90 Crips is a subset of a Crip gang originating from South Los Angeles, Los Angeles Led by Jay McCain born February 24th, 2000. The Double OO's current acting big homie is Jay McCain (born February 24th, 2000, 24). While growing up in Jesse Owens Park, Jay McCain's personal life, stated that he came from a group of individuals involved in gang culture including abusive home environments and criminal activity. His father was historically a member of the rolling 90s crips. His dad Chris Davis was Jailed for murder when he turned 5, And his mother Bella McCain died due to an overdose of methamphetamine when he was 7. McCain was put onto the rollin 90s during his younger years, given the hood name Osama."

We enforce good grammar and behavior. Anyone can join the game, and anyone has the opportunity to fundamentally change and impact it. Good roleplay is rewarded and noticed. African Americans and Caucasians are accepted within the gang and set-based gang. Meaning, more diversity, but the potential for gang conflict is a factor.
