Two Six Nation
Two Six Nation is a formidable prison gang that operates within the confines of East Brickton County Jail. Established as a part of the larger Latin Kings umbrella. The origins of Two Six Nation can be traced back to a group of Latinx inmates who sought protection and camaraderie within the harsh environment of the prison system. Formed in response to the need for solidarity and a shared identity, the gang quickly gained influence and became a dominant force within the East Brickton County Jail.
Latin Kings Connection
The Latin King gang is one of the most violent gangs in the United States today, with leaders unafraid to order "hits" on law enforcement and correctional officers with followers unashamed to obey their orders.
Members of the Chicago branch of the Latin Kings cherish a history that includes the theft of military ordnance; the murder and subsequent cannibalization of one disobedient inmate member; consorting with a notorious terrorist group; and a high school riot over a Coca-Cola poster. Founded in the 1940's by a small group of Hispanics in the Chicago, Illinois area, the purpose of the organization was to help the Hispanic community achieve a better way of life by preserving the Hispanic culture and promoting education.
However, the Latin Kings have evolved into a nationwide criminal organization with chapters in Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Florida, California and Illinois, and East Brickton. βThe Latin Kings have a strong line of communication and support between members incarcerated and those members on the outside.
The "Two Six Nation" chapter is debatably the most influential gang within the East Brickton County Jail walls, holding most of the power when it comes to the facility.
Structure/Tough Squad Kingz
The Latin Kings have a hierarchical organizational structure. They have numerous "chapters" or "tribes" around the country which adhere to a regional, state, and national system. Officers are supported by a "Crown Council" of the 5 Crowns Council members. The Council sets rules and regulations and holds disciplinary hearings.
The hierarchy rises to regional officers and ultimately to two supreme regional "Incas" based in Chicago. The heads of the entire criminal organization are known as "coronas". One retired detective said in 2004: "When you compare them to other street gangs like the Bloods and the Crips, none compare to the organization of the Latin Kings."
When any member believes that another member has violated a regulation, they begin the disciplinary process by submitting a Procedures for Violation Form. This form includes a variety of information about the allegation, including the violation, the statement of the accused, and members present or other witnesses. If the member is found to be guilty of the violation at their Crown hearing, they may be subject to a range of penalties depending on the severity of the offense.
With the higher authority of Two Six Nation being incarcerated, a somewhat of a sub-set handles the day-to-day work on the outside in the streets. This "sub-set" is the Tough Squad Kingz. The Tough Squad Kingz is ran by an Ejecutor/Enforcer who is chosen by the Inca of the Two Six Nation chapter.
