LangfieldJetKrashers | A Research paper into the history of York Central's gang culture.

Trap$tarz, the original Trap$tarz were a gang of crips and MBF affiliates originating from the Langfield Houses after the taken down of the 1800 Gang/MercyGang. They were once actively engaged with beef with 1020/YKC's remaining affiliates because of their affiliations to the East Brickton Blood Brim Alliance. The group were indicted after the murder of Tayvion Cole and followed the exact same method as almost every other gang on this list. Gangs that operate on York Street are typically the longest lasting and most successful street gangs. Factions from this area and usually some of the longest lasting ones that are actually successful.

The first question most people ask is, what is a "Young Boss" after reading into the current state of York Street, which is a question only answered when you read into the history of the YGz, YBz, OGz and other crews that initially were created in the bronx. Below is a quick explanation of the concept before we continued into this reading:
Exert Taken from Reddit:
The reason the Young Bosses aren't as prominent as they previously were stems from one hood in Lower Bronx. The 'Big Money Bosses', a large faction of the Young Bosses and the 2Fly Young Gunnerz from the surrounding Northern Gardens Area essentially engaged in an urban gang war, the result of such being the death of Eight Different People in the surrounding Area. Plus the fact they said the was making thousands a day over coke heroin and weed? Feds cooked them instantly. The Bohan 120 became the largest gang take down in Liberty City History, feds said they made over a mil just doing the same shit and recruiting. So they grabbed them, everybody from 2Fly and BMB, shooter or not.
Problem is they went for so many people that civilians got cooked too, other YB hoods went down and it basically became the end of the Bosses. It wasn't as organized as it should've been and fell apart quickly once the most actively hood was taken down. Other Young Boss hoods started flipping Crip, Makk Balla Family or anything else they could find. Even the head and some of the top Young Bosses from around the way turned Makk Balla Family instead, believing they had strength in the army instead of trying to move alone as they previously did. Young Bosses still exist in the streets on a double jacking level, but, you'll never actually see somebody claiming Young Bosses Actively within the hood as if it's something they casually do. The entire Young Bosses movement fell to its knees and became more of a any other gang this as a whole. Main hoods flipped and it crumbled.
It was Different for the Young Gunnerz. The Young Gunnerz were always interconnected once they hit Rikers Island Anyways so the Young Gunnerz 'Gang' became more of a Movement for the BloodHoundBrims. That's the reason the Young Gunnerz were able to survive as a whole. Alot of Young Gunnerz and Young Bosses hoods started off double jacking (claiming two different gangs) anyways so the push didn't really come as a huge issue. It was just another day for some people. This real reason the Young Gunnerz movement was able to continue where as the Young Bosses were done.

Where are they now?
Most of the Remaining affiliates of the 2Fly Young Gunnerz moved to Comstock Street in East Brickton to continue to operations where as affiliates of the Big Money Bosses and other YB sets typically flipped 214PTB, Hunnit Block Brims or YKC when they touched down in East Brickton. Naturally the beef between the two gangs never subsided. The Trap$tarz were previously an affiliate of the YGz in EB until the 1020/1030 gang beef forced all YGz to fully take the side of the East Brickton Blood Brim Alliance (E.B.B.B.A) /Triple Bz instead of their former neutrality to the bloods in East Brickton. All Blood affiliates of Trap$tarz ended up flipping YKC/1020/1030. YKC and Trap$tarz were engaged in beef until recently, when two hoods (380Bosses/Ex YKC affiliates/Ex YGz?) and the Trap$tarz (the remaining Trap$tarz) ended up neutral as both sets have YBz affiliations under Mel Bo$$in (Current Big Suit of the 380Bosses/Trap$tarz Crip Affiliates). Mel Bo$$In is the only reason the two gangs re-allied, with everybody else having personalized beef besides that.
2FLY YG still exists in East Brickton on Good Year Avenue and some of Comstock. YKC/380Bosses and 2Fly are actively engaged in beef occasionally as the two gangs represent two different sides of the same movement, YBz vs YGz. All YBz in East Brickton are currently under Mel Bo$$in. Whereas all YGz have a group of different UBN/EBBBA affiliated big homies.

Exert Taken from "The History of East Brickton"
East Brickton, York Central - It seems as if York Central has been contested since the creation of the neighborhood itsself. From the original days in the 1980s-2000s of the Y-Lane Pirus, to the evolution of the Hunnit Block Ballas (EB's first MBF set) and K-Block. To the later factions such as the Langfield Staxk Money Gang (GDs) and No love City of the 2010s, it seems as if York Street will always be a heavily gang affiliated block. One of the many gangs to have existed in East Brickton throughout the last 30 years. YKC (York, Kent Comstock) was an alliance of two street gangs that initially stemmed from the York Street Apartments (Previously EBGC) and Kent/Comstock Houses, which were up to this point contested. The two gangs merged into their alliance before spitting during the aftermath of their war with the 2100 Gang (83 Gangster Crips) and death of the affiliated member known as "No Mercy".
2100 Gang's beef with YKC started over a simple fight at the Genesee homes but quickly evolved into something much more sinister.
YKC affiliates taking out No Mercy (1800Gang) | Most YKC affiliates dissolved or were arrested after this murder.
Modern East Brickton is different from what we've came from.
380Bo$$in/Trap$tarzRunnit/Bready Gang is a Young Bosses (YBz) and Hunnit Block Ballas (MBF) affiliated gang stemming from the Broadway Avenue Apartments. Despite their terrible location, 380Bo$$in comprised of money making teenagers from the Military Road Houses and Broadway Affiliates previously apart of the KBC gangster crip faction. The group is mainly focused on the betterment of their community despite the affiliations to multiple street gangs. Bready Gang is committed to making money so that they can sustain the overly inflated, crime infested yet luxurious life of living in East Brickton. The Original Trap$tarz stemmed from Langfield Avenue whereas the current members are currently stuck between Broadway, York Street, Military Road and Langfield Avenue. 380Bosses (YB) is currently cliqued up with the Langfield Avenue's 1800 Gang (83 Gangster Crip) and R20s King Crips. Throughout all my years of investigation, EB's gangs have stayed consistent until the emergence of both Young Gunnerz (YGz) and Young Bosses (YBz) in the City of East Brickton
380Bosses and Trap$tar however are not allied due to the gang beef between the two cliques.
