(LEGAL FACTION) Ex-ConMotorOil

Ex-ConMotorOil is a legal faction that owns and manages all if not most of the gas stations throughout the city. The person in charge of it inside of East Brickton, Kazuyuki Fox, had gotten such power in the company due to his connections: the main headquarters of the company was in his hometown, and he had grown friendships with many of the people working in the company.
Now, the issue that the company faces is simply how chaotic the city can be, and with gas stations being the #1 target for store-related robberies, they face plenty of issues from a variety of people. As such, they put a lot of their time into preventing the company and it's assets from being targets. If and when they may have so much excess money and firepower, they may decide to use it to make more of a name for themselves by helping generic citizens and throwing parties that locals and businessmen alike can participate in. And when the company is struggling, they, on rare occasions, may do things such as sell jewelry or host some things such as gambling dens or fight clubs (fight clubs preferably in the boxing club.) As for the real illegal stuff they may do, since nobody in the city that isn't in the EBPD is at least slightly out of the law, mainly revolves around people that don't seem to care too much about the law, or in other words they may work with illegal factions or even let people in the business stick around with a warrant if they aren't acting like a psycho.
They tend to dress their employees up in mechanic/trucker/biker themed clothing with high-ranking members of the company wearing fancier suits/outfits if they choose to, and don't have any crazy hairstyles or tattoos, having similar if not the same exact hairstyle restrictions as the EBPD. Examples of such will be posted later.

Background/history: Ex-ConMotorOil is East Brickton's version of ExxonMobil. The members and leader of the faction didn't start off owning the entire company, but had connections in order to be able to manage the region of East Brickton semi-independently from them.
Operations: Listed from highest to lowest priority: Preventing their assets from being robbed, Stepping in on victimized crime (muggings, kidnappings, murders, etc., but they'd ignore victimless crimes such as gun/drug deals and prostitution,) working jobs elsewhere, hosting parties, selling jewelry, hosting things like gambling dens/fight clubs.
